1. Regular nicotine vapes have nothing to do with lung disease in the United States
In August 2019, cases of severe lung injury began to appear across the United States. In the ensuing months, 68 people across the United States died from the lung damage, but the cause of the disease could not be immediately identified at the time. Based on the fact that this outbreak of a particular lung disease affects only a specific population and the rate of new cases is rapidly turning a tipping point, we write to the medical journal The Lancet and explain that a batch of “low-quality” illicit marijuana Vaping products may be to blame. 2. Switching to vapes can improve blood vessel health
A controversial study published by the Journal of the American Heart Association, which said vape users had the same risk of heart disease as smokers – was recently retracted by the Journal of the American Heart Association because the study did not Consider that almost all vapers are current cigarette users, or were once.

A 2015 independent report by Public Health England concluded: “While vaping may not be 100% safe, most of the chemicals that cause cigarette-related illness are absent from them and the chemicals they do contain are less harmful. Very limited.”
4. It is not nicotine that causes cancer but cigarette smoke
40% of smokers and ex-smokers wrongly believe that nicotine causes cancer, while the evidence shows that nicotine is the least harmful to health. While nicotine is what makes smokers addicted, it is the thousands of other chemicals in the burning of cigarettes that are responsible for all the harm.
